Sichuan Xiangyun General Aviation Co., Ltd. was approved by the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China on May 4, 2012. The company has registered capital of RMB 100 million and officially obtained the Aviation Operation License (CCAR-91) issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China in January 2015, becoming one of the important general aviation service providers in Southwest China. Sichuan Xiangyun's UAV technology is led by Dr. Yang Jingtong from Harbin Institute of Technology, with technical teams from universities and colleges such as Northwestern Polytechnical University, the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Southwest Jiaotong University participating in the R&D. The technical threshold is high and the products are mature and reliable; they have been widely applied in scenarios such as plateaus, islands, cities and villages. Sichuan Xiangyun has operated a fusion of multi-model helicopters and UAVs for 18 years, and now takes the UAV low-altitude transportation business as the core of the company's development, covering a series of operation scenarios and businesses such as medical material transfer, logistics delivery and 24-hour medical emergency logistics delivery.
