Founded in May 2019 with registered capital of RMB 166.66 million, Weipaishi is a national high-tech enterprise. In 2021 it raised a Series A financing of over RMB 100 million led by SDIC Venture Capital. Centered on its independently innovated Vertical Photo-charge Sensing (VPS) device, Weipaishi focuses on the R&D and application design of next-generation ultra-large-scale pixel image sensing chips, dedicated to providing future-oriented ultra-large-scale imaging chips and solutions with excellent imaging performance for fields such as biological microscopy, surveillance and security, machine vision and commercial satellites.
