Founded in October 2024 and headquartered in Huizhou, the Marathon solid-state battery factory is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the R&D, production and sales of small and medium-sized solid-state batteries for UAVs and robots featuring high safety, high rate, high energy and low internal resistance, with an annual capacity of 40 million pcs. The enterprise attaches great importance to the R&D of frontier science and technology, works closely with universities such as the University of San Diego in the USA and Tsinghua University, and has passed the most stringent 3C new national standard preliminary test. Relying on the joint laboratory of Professor Huang Jianyu, it conducts frontier research in solid-state battery science, focusing on core technologies such as the R&D and application of solid-state electrolytes, electrolyte solutions and new materials. It pioneered the multi-tab winding process for solid-state batteries in the industry, greatly improving the safety and conversion rate of solid-state batteries and effectively reducing internal resistance and cell heating temperature.
