Hangzhou Feisuan Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2024, with a team of 21 people, 85% of whom are R&D personnel. It mainly works in the low-altitude field and jointly develops UAV-related software and hardware with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Beihang University. It has three core products: first, a UAV mission system that can connect to mainstream UAV brands on the market and quickly address the actual business needs of departments such as transportation, emergency response, public security and firefighting for efficient implementation; second, a government low-altitude supervision service platform that can coordinate the management of low-altitude activities and safety; and third, a complete aircraft of a small VTOL compound-wing aircraft and its supporting hangar, independently developed by the company for patrol and inspection scenarios such as low-altitude supervision and emergency missions, which can provide hardware support for the above platforms and systems.
