Dianjiangjun's Loudi, Hunan battery cell plant is a provincial key high-tech enterprise with its own factory buildings, with Central South University as a technical shareholder, building a deeply integrated industry-academia-research R&D system. The plant covers nearly 100000 sqm and is equipped with 17 automated battery cell production lines with an annual capacity of 48 million Ah, independently developing and producing aluminum-rich lithium battery cells and industry-leading semi-solid-state cells. The semi-solid-state battery custom-made for high-power UAVs has an energy density of 350-400Wh/kg, improving both endurance and payload; it features ultra-high-rate discharge characteristics with a power density of 4KW/kg, wide temperature-range adaptability, safety and stability, and a temperature rise 30% lower than liquid lithium batteries with a better lifespan, suitable for the complex working conditions of industrial UAVs and high-end model aircraft. Dianjiangjun is a national-level specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative high-tech enterprise, holding more than 300 patents and 178 international certifications, with products covering multiple application scenarios and sold to more than 60 countries, and its self-developed and self-produced model strictly controls delivery time and quality.
